Vincent’s is a popular dining and nightlife entertainment spot in Candidasa, offering a menu that presents international cuisine, with local Balinese and vegetarian dishes. Food presentation is great and has drawn repeat guests over the years to its jazz night dinners. Seating options are inside on two levels, where live entertainment is enjoyed at its best, and out, which includes a cosy intimate garden area at the back from where the jazzy tunes softly fill the air. A patio upstairs is a wonderful spot to head up to for chilling out, and its drink list offers French, Italian and Australian wines as well as great selection of cocktails to help set the mood. Vincent’s is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Must-tries include Vincent’s chicken pot pie served with mash potatoes and the Seafood Symphony, a platter of baby lobster, fresh fish catch of the day, mussels, prawn, and crab in olive sauce.
Open for lunch and dinner, Vincent’s bar, lounge and garden restaurant serves international and Balinese dishes, with wines from France, Italy, Australia and a great choice of cocktails
The music at Vincent’s is lazy jazz music. All around Bali you will hear music from the seventies and eighties and especially Bob Marley’s “No woman, no cry”! Vincent’s choose something different, so you can listen during your coffee, lunch or dinner to the exemplary music of such great jazz musicians as Sarah Vaughan, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Chet Baker, Dianna Krall and Dinah Washington.
