General Terms of Services
Bali Fantastic deems all guests from its all networks agree with below all terms and conditions though guests do not fill the Reservation Form completely. Bali Fantasticis not responsible with any objection to this terms and conditions.
Bali Fantastic Liability
- Bali Fantasticis agent which works between its guests and all listed owner in balifantastic.com.
- Guests have an absolute right to choose any property/business services where they want to stay, hire vehicle and tours;
- Bali Fantastic will carefully answer every question related with real condition of the accommodation, vehicle and tours required.
- Bali Fantastic confirms a booking based on the availability of the accommodation, vehicle and tours and is only responsible with the confirmed reservation.
- All other activities done in the accommodation, vehicle and tours which are not booked through and confirmed by Bali Fantastic are out of Bali Fantastic responsibility.
- All problems happen in the accommodation, vehicle and tours firstly must be solved by guests with the owner or the management of the accommodation, vehicle and tours.
- Bali Fantastic will carefully assist its guests and partners (accommodation, vehicles and tours) to get the best and fair solution for all parts.
- Bali Fantastic is not responsible with any insurance.
Occupancy, Extrabed & Third Person
- Each accommodation accommodates a certain maximum number of guests.
- Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded, unless has been authorized by bali fantastic.
- Should guests need any additional bed, the such request must be informed prior to confirming the reservation. Price for additional bed is various based on policy of the each accommodation owner.
- Each accommodation has a different for Third Person policy with additional charge.
- Most of accommodation charge Third person Equal with Extrabed rate.
- If in this website has not listed with third person policy, please contact us to get our special price.
Minimum of Staying
- Each accommodation has a different minimum of staying policy based on the season (Low or High or Peak season). This important rule will be informed to the guest if the inquiry does not meet accommodation's standard. This such information can also be seen at the webpage of each accommodation.
Legality Registration
- In accordance with the Law of Indonesia all guests must be registered at the authorities (Police Department) within 24 hours of arrival at the destination.
- A photocopy of each guest's passport must be delivered to the staff of the accommodation upon of shortly after arrival at the accommodation. However, if there is no copy of the passport yet, guests must deliver passport of each person to the staff to have them make the copies.
- The cost of the registration is at guests account; the amount depends on area where the villa is located.
Telephone Use
- Each accommodation has different policy for telephone. Some accommodation will permit to use its telephone (no charge) for local calls. Some accommodation will provide a handphone but calling-card voucher must be at guests account.
- Bali Fantastic is not responsible with this matter.
- However if a accommodation does not provide the facility, Bali Fantastic will assist its guests to get the best.
Rates and Seasons
- Rates are quoted in United States dollars (US$ or USD)
- Rates of accommodation are categorized in "High", "Peak" and "Low" seasons, which are clearly stated in each webpage.
- Each accommodation has different dates for each season.
Our Prices / Rates
- All accommodation rates in this website are subject to prevailing 21% government tax and service charges. All rates can change without prior notice.
Payment System
- Bali Fantastic follows Terms issued by each accommodation owner, vehicle owner and travel agent. Such terms is to secure occupancy of the accommodation.
- To secure the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the accommodation rental, vehicle's hire and tours amount must be received by Bali Fantastic after a confirmation booking has been given/stated.
- Balance of Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival dates or immediately, and must be received promptly in order to guarantee the reservation.
Payment Through Wire Transfer
- Transfer must be done in full amount.
- All bank transfer fee including fee for intermediary banks are guest account. Bali Fantastic must receive NETT as stated on the invoice.
- A transfer is not acceptable if the amount recorded is less than what stated at the invoice.
- Invoice must be processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) by law with recent domestic exchange rate (of the day).
Payment Through Credit Cards We accept:
AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, and Paypal account.
- The payment will be done through PAYPAL payment gateway.
- Invoice must be processed in USD
- All the payment with these service ( PayPal) will definitely deduct 3.5% from the total charged.
- To ensure Bali Fantastic will receive nett, a 3.5% Payment fee will be added to your bill ( 3,5 % from total price + Booking Price )
Changes & Cancellation Terms
- Each accommodation, vehicle and travel company owner has different terms of cancellation. For some accommodation, vehicle and tours, Down payment is non refundable.
- Some accommodation will refund payment which has been paid less one night at confirmed rate if guests cancel the reservation at least 30 nights prior to the arrival.
- Bali Fantastic must receive notice of cancellation in writing.
- Bali Fantasticis not responsible if guests cancel their reservation upon arrival or just refuse to stay at the confirmed and fully paid accommodation, vehicle and tours with any reason.
- Bali Fantastic is pleased to assist to find other accommodation, vehicle and tours, however all payments for the new found and confirmed accommodation, vehicle and tours is at guests' own account.
- Bali Fantastic is not responsible if guests shorten their holiday period with any reason prior to arrival date or upon arrival or within the holiday period and will not refund the rest of the payment.
- Any cancellation made trhough bali fantastic booking will be charge 1 night value from total booking.
Flight Information
- Name of each guest should be submitted to the Bali Fantastic office prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers.
- Bali Fantastic is not responsible for all any ticket.
