CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

One night stay will be charged if cancellation is made less than 14 days

Full amount will be charged if cancellation is made less than 7 days

All Rates are subject to 21% Tax and Services charge

High/Peak Season :
1 July – 31 Aug, 4 – 12 Sept, 21 Dec – 10 Jan, 3 – 6 Feb, 4 – 6 Mar

Check in time is 14.00 hrs

check out time is 12.00 noon.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

1. Low Season: In the event of cancellation 10 days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation. No show or early check out, reservation will be subject to full night accommodation rate.
2. High & Peak Season: In the event of cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date,will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation rate. In the event of cancellation 8 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full night accommodation rate.
   No show as well as early departure will be subject to full room night accommodation rate.

Full payment is required and  should be received at the latest 10 days prior to guest arrival on low season and 20 days on high / peak season.
