Low Season:

Cancellation for 14 days to the scheduled date arrival or in case of no-show, will be charged equal to one hundreds percents (100%) of the unsold guest day revenue for the first night stay.

 High Season :

Cancellation for 21 days to the scheduled date arrival or in case of no-show, will be charged equal to one hundreds percents (100%) of the unsold guest day revenue

Peak  Season :

Cancellation forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, a cancellation fee equal the estimated guestroom revenue for one night, will be assessed.

• Cancellation thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, will be charged equal to fifty percents of the total unsold guestroom revenue.
• Cancellation fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of No-Shows, a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percents (100%) of the total unsold guestroom revenue.
