CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellation no later than 8 days prior to arrival for low season and 15 days prior to arrival for high & peak season local time to avoid one (1) night cancellation fees being charged. Clients a no-show will be charged for the entire stay.

Every effort will be made to have rooms available by 2pm on day arrival.
Our check out time is 12pm.

VILLA CAPACITY
All our Pool Villa and Deluxe Pool Villa are designed to accommodate a maximum of three
adults with maximum of one extra bed.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children the age of 12 (twelve) years or under is not permitted stay in villa, however if they insist to bring their children are 100% on their responsibility.

Children under the age of 12 (twelve) years sharing with their parents will be free of charge on room only. Baby cots are available on request.

Children under 12 years will be extended a 50% discount on meals, while children under
the age of five (5) years will be free of charge.
