 F.I.T. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation received by The Ubud Village Hotel & Resort outside of 14 days in low season (January 11 – June 30, September 1 – December 19), 21 days in high season (July 1 – August 31) and 30 days in peak season (December 20 – January 10) prior to the scheduled arrival date shall not be subject to any penalties.
• Should a cancellation be received less than 14 days in low season, 21 days in high season and 30 days in peak season of the scheduled arrival date, or should a reservation result in a ‘no show’, a penalty of one night’s contracted room rate charge will be applied to your account.
• Should any of the aforementioned F.I.T Conditions not be met, The Ubud Village Hotel & Resort reserves the right to take any action as deemed appropriate.
