Cancellation/No Show Policy

Low Season:
n the event of cancellation within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation
No Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full room night charge

High & Peak Season:
In the event of cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
In the event of cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from the total room night charge.
No show as well as Early departure will be subject to full room night charge
