No show : in the event that the individual does not arrive, the tour operator shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent for the full length of stay

Cancellation policy :

FIT Normal season : less than 21 days prior to arrival, 1 night room charge will be applied
FIT High & Peak season : within 45 days prior to arrival, full stay room charge will be applied.
Group cancellation must be advised by 60 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the group cancellation fee (total rooms booked x total room nights)

Children policy :

For children 12 years old and under : complimentary used a maximum 1 extra bed per room if sharing with their parents (not recommended in Deluxe Room)

Children meal policy :

Maximum 1 child under 5 years old is free of charge
Maximum 1 child up to 12 years old is 50% off the meals rate
Children meal policy applicable for buffet meals and accompanied by parents

Day use :

rooms hold until 6.00 pm are charged 50% off the contracted rates and the confirmation is subject to availability. All rooms held after 6.00 pm will be charged a full night accommodation
