CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season:

Cancellation for 14 days to the scheduled date arrival or in case of no-show, will be charged equal to one hundreds percents (100%) of the unsold guest day revenue for the first night stay.

High Season :

Cancellation for 21 days to the scheduled date arrival or in case of no-show, will be charged equal to one hundreds percents (100%) of the unsold guest day revenue

Peak Season :

Cancellation forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, a cancellation fee equal the estimated guestroom revenue for one night, will be assessed.

Cancellation thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, will be charged equal to fifty percents of the total unsold guestroom revenue.
Cancellation fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of No-Shows, a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percents (100%) of the total unsold guestroom revenue.
