The guest shall notify the villa in writing of any cancellation prior to the “minimum notice” period. In the event of late notification, a cancellation charge will apply as below details

4 – 14 days, 1 night charge

1 – 3 days & No Show, Full stay charge

High :

4 – 30 days, 1 night charge

1 – 3 days & No Show, Full stay charge

Peak :

22 – 45 days, 1 night charge

1 – 21 days & No Show, Full stay charge
